Rules and Regulations
We ask of you to please agree to the following:
- Equipment must be treated carefully and respectfully (unless it's your own equipment, then you can do whatever you want
with it).
- Time is of the essence! Please be on time within 30 minutes, or session is cancelled. Prior arrangements can
be made for later or earlier sessions (availability permitting).
- Be prepared. It's okay to do minute changes on the spot, but to save yourself time and money, have an idea
of what you want to accomplish right from the start.
- If you make a mess, please clean it up.
- Enjoy yourself, have fun, and let the music take you away!
Obviously there are other rules that everyone must follow, but those are common sense rules, and those really
shouldn't need to be explained.

Pricing
Surely this is what you really wanted to know. So, here it is. If you're not sure on the policy, you may contact
us at (517) 372-2881.
As of Jan. 1, 2005, sessions can be purchased by the standard hourly rate of $20.
Sessions
can be in block form:
- 10 hrs / $190 (19/hr)
- 20 hrs / $360 (18/hr)
- 30 hrs / $495 (16.50/hr)
- 40 hrs / $600 ($15/hr = Best deal!)
If block time is scheduled and runs over, the standard hourly rate begins after block time expires. If block
time is scheduled and runs short, costs can be reconfigured based on end time. All block times are solely for
recording. Post production rate is based on length of project only. All groups are entitled to "finished" version
of music before finalization. "Finished" music implies groups have no changes to make and a rough mixdown has taken
place. Finalization implies music is mastered and burned to disc resulting in a master copy.
- Post production (mixing & mastering): $25 per song.
All payments must be made either by cash, check, or money order. Credit cards are not accepted. Payments
also must be made in full before final master copy is produced.
